Account deletion

1. Deleting from inside the app

You can delete your account at any time from the app itself:

• App → Profile → Delete account
• The action requires two confirmations so that it cannot be triggered by an accidental tap.
• After the confirmation the deletion happens immediately; there is no waiting period.

2. Deleting by e-mail

If you cannot access the app, you may request the deletion of your account by contacting info@chayxana.app.

Players whose account is suspended (banned) cannot delete it from inside the app — in that case deletion is only possible through an e-mail request. Please include your nickname and, if you know it, your player ID.

3. What happens at the moment of deletion

• Your nickname is replaced with “Silinmiş oyunçu” (deleted player).
• Your device identifier is erased — for guest (anonymous) sign-in it is the only key to the account.
• Your e-mail address is erased (if you signed in with Google or Apple).
• The link to your Google or Apple account is removed completely — the deleted account can never be opened again, but your Google or Apple account itself is left free.
• If you signed in with Apple and an Apple sign-in token is stored, a request is sent to Apple to revoke the app's access to your Apple account. Deletion does not wait for this request; you can check the result in your Apple ID settings ("Sign in with Apple" list).
• All sessions are closed: active access tokens are revoked.
• Your chat messages are deleted (except copies of reported messages — see §4).
• Your friendships and friend requests are deleted.
• Block records are deleted in both directions: both your list of blocked players and the records of other players blocking you.
• Room invitations are deleted in both directions: both the private room invitations you sent and those sent to you.

4. What is kept and why

The anonymous records that are needed for the integrity of other players' game history, as well as for the integrity of the system's coin accounting, are kept: game results, moves, score records and coin gift records. These game and coin records are no longer linked to any personal data — only “Silinmiş oyunçu” is shown in them. A coin is the same in-app virtual unit that is called a token in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Without this, the past games of the players who played with you would disappear as well.

Report records are not deleted either: reports you sent, or that were sent about you, are kept without a time limit for moderation and to prevent abuse. They keep the reason, both parties' nicknames as they were at the time of the report and a copy of the reported message's text. More details: Privacy Policy §9.

Automatic filter records are kept the same way, without a time limit: even though your chat messages are deleted, the original text of a message hidden by the filter, or a rejected nickname, remains in these records. More details: Privacy Policy §9.

One exception: if the request to Apple to revoke the app's access fails, the Apple sign-in token is kept encrypted for a retry and is deleted automatically once 30 days have passed.

5. Games in progress at the moment of deletion

If you have a game in progress when you delete your account, the game counts as abandoned and a technical loss is applied to you: you lose score and tokens, and what you lose is split among the remaining players. The rule is the same as in the Terms of Use.

6. Deletion cannot be undone

A deleted account cannot be restored. You may open a new account on the same device — and also with the same Google or Apple account — but your old score, tokens and friend list will not come back; the new account starts completely from scratch.

7. Server logs

Technical server logs and IP records are kept for at most 90 days and are then deleted automatically.
